My Reviews :

The Smart has all of the great features that the Instant Pot Duo has – it’s a 7-in-1 Multi-Functional Cooker: Pressure cooker, Slow cooker, Rice Cooker/Porridge Maker, Steamer, Sauté/Browning, Yogurt Maker & Warmer – but it also gives you lots more information about what’s going on inside the pot. It’s interesting to watch the heat cycle on and off as it controls the pressure level in the pot.

If you’re a gadget person like me, you’ll have fun with the Instant Pot Smart. My favorite thing about using it is being able to tell how hot it is inside the pot. I usually like to wait in the kitchen until the pressure cooker has reached pressure. If I’m cooking with the Duo I’ll put my hands on the outside to feel how hot it’s getting and listen for the sound of boiling inside the pot. But with the Smart I can just check the temperature. It’s pretty cool really, almost like having a window to peak inside and see what’s going on.
