For the last 25 years, I have been using a National brand pressure canner with mostly great success, however, it stopped being reliable. I bought the All American 921 last January and I absolutely love it! It has simplified the process for me so much that I use it just about weekly for meat, veggies and all the other things I can. It doesn't leak steam, it holds pressure from the first time I bring it up, and I feel safe in my kitchen while it's on the stove. I would recommend an All American product to anyone who asked me. I'll never buy another brand again.
