I have now tested and used this Pressure Cooker and the results have always been very good. Have had the unit now for a few weeks and can highly recommend it to my friends.
I specifically like the features, such as reheating food previously prepared they come out so nicely. Only takes 26 minutes to complete. I also have cooked brown rice, which settings were good as programmed. Still need to cook a whole chicken as a full meal and that needs to be done as yet. The soups I prepared came out so nicely. Then I plan to cook meat, and from what I have read, that should be very simple, while the food I had cooked tasted so flavorful in this pressure cooker. One must use it to fully appreciate, what this large Pressure Cooker truly can do. Before this cooker I had a smaller 6-Quart electric cooker. I also have made many cups of chicken broth in the Elite, almost twice as much as in my older electric cooker and the flavor is more like it should be as I remember.
Everything tastes great, cooking time is quick, and clean up is easy.
All in all I would recommend this product to anyone and I am very pleased with the performance.
